Rules for Rentals in the Southern Dunes Master Community Association

Southern Dunes is a deed restricted community that enforces all rules and regulations.  Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense
1) There is no parking of vehicles in the street in the community, on the lawns or in others driveways
2) No recreational vehicles (ie 4 wheelers, go karts or mini motorcycles) are permitted to be driven on the private roads in the community
3) All speed limit and traffic signals are to be obeyed at all times in the community
4) No motor homes, boats, trailers or commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked in the community unless they are parked in the garage
5) Trash pick up is Friday along with recycled items and all trash must be in the brown bin, placed at the edge of the roadway.  No trash bags outside the bin or on the lawn.  Trash bins must be returned to the garage or side of the home on Friday - $50 charge if this is not done that renters will be liable for.
6) All area of the home are to be litter free
7) Children cannot play in the street, on the golf course or on another's property
8) All noise ordinances must be obeyed (Quiet time 11pm to 7am)
9) All swimmin gpool rules must be obeyed.  ie no food or beverages permitted in the pool area and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
10) The clubhouse on Forest Hill Lane is open daily Monday through Friday for use of the exercise room and library.  The code for the lock can be obtained from the guard at the gate.  Please keep the clubhouse clean.  No food or beverages allowed in the clubhouse.
11) All pets are to be on a leash at all times.  Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets.  This is a health concern.
12) Strict enforcement on number of persons per occupancy and bedrooms in the home per hotel and motel regulations.
13) Swimming pool use:  Renters in St Augustine use the St Augustine pool.  Renters on Paulette use the Paulette pool.  Renters in The Estates use the Estate Pool.  All other renters use the pool at the condominiums at the entrance of the community.
14) Please do not trespass or cut through yards and lawns. All individual homes are privately owned and entering a porperty is trespassing.
